The Project

The new Cherokee County History Center will be an exceptional cultural asset, a dynamic education resource, and an economic development driver for historic downtown Canton and Cherokee County. History in the Making is History Cherokee’s plan to build a multi-functional facility to meet the challenge of protecting, preserving, and sharing Cherokee County’s unique and compelling history.
