Summer Camp
History Makers
History Cherokee is hosting our first-ever Summer Camp later this year! "History Makers" will be all about getting hands-on and exploring our region's unique history through crafts, activities, exercises, talks, and so much more.
History Makers is designed for rising 3rd through 5th graders. Two identical camp sessions will be held June 24 - 28 and July 8 - 12. Campers will need to provide lunches and water bottles; allergen-friendly snacks will be provided.
Summer Camp Dates & Rates
Each History Maker camp week is identical. Drop-off time is at 9 a.m. and pick-up time is 1 p.m. each day.

*Please note: a $75.00 security deposit is required for registration. This amount is refundable up to (7) days before the first day of camp. The security deposit will be deducted from the final registration cost which is due on the 1st day of camp.

History Cherokee is providing need-based scholarships for Cherokee County students with an expressed interest in history education. Your gift today can pave the way for the next generation to learn and share our County's rich past.

Camp admission is $75 less for current members of History Cherokee. Become a Household member and enjoy many other benefits including free admission to the museum for 2 adults and 4 kids (18 & Under), invites to member-only events, and discounts on select programs and gift shop items.
